Dear readers and viewers,

It is a pleasure to meet you all once again. In short, this topic is relevant to any party in a democratic country like India that wants to serve without any expectations and with excellent public services and the development of the region as its basic principles. What I have shared in this topic is based on an excellent experience I had personally in 1996 and the analysis and research I have done since then.

Party and its success:
A group of like-minded social figures working together, within the parameters of the constitution, under a leader who is committed to serving the people properly, and setting clear policies that follow its own norms updated for the present and future is what makes a party successful in modern politics.

Policies and regulation of the party:
The party’s policies should emphasise that they are only obligated to provide services to the public through a systematic approach, honestly and impartially.

The most important aspect is that a party’s policies should be relevant and appropriate to the expectations of all regional publics in all circumstances and at all times, which will lead to the stability and success of the party considered for its services to the regional public.

Similarly, a party should have relevant and adaptable rules and procedures to gain the trust and support of all its members, attract new members, and implement its services and programs quickly and successfully. This will lead to develop concreate mindset and confidence among the members of the party at all levels.

Objectives of the party to gain the confidence of the public as whole:
Ultimately, a political party and its leadership aim to gain the firm confidence of every individual in that sector, because, only depending on the final choice of the public, a party can become the ruling party or its equivalent opposition party.

The most important and first objective of the ruling party government is to fully protect the people in all respects and ensure that their valuables and daily life are protected from any anti-social forces. The success of this objective lies in the immediate discovery and implementation of all appropriate and efficient procedures necessary and effective in terms of the three stages of crime – prevention, occurrence and anticipation.

The second most important objective is that the ruling party should continue to create good employment opportunities for the public at all levels to meet their basic needs, including food, clothing, shelter, medicine and other facilities suitable for them. The success of the objective depends on the way of utilisation of different skills, talents and resources available in the domestic as well as abroad, introducing innovative schemes.

The third objective of the ruling party should be to understand the current, long-term and future needs of the public in all sectors, find permanent solutions to them and implement plans to meet those needs within the tenure of the government in two ways. The success of this objective depends on the types of plans, the mutual social concern between the parties and the importance of the continuous priority to be given.

The fourth objective of the ruling party should be to manage the situation and the effects due to different disasters in an effective manner based on three stages: prevention, occurrence, and anticipation. This objective will be a success when the ruling party pays more attention with improved regulations, the introduction of modern technologies and appropriate facilities, and proper training.

 A few tips for the success:
Any information or statement made by the party, whether verbally or in writing, should first be evaluated for both good and negative consequences; then, it must be decided by the party’s authorised body; and finally, it can only be provided by a member who has been assigned by the party’s authorised body.

A distinct team should keep a close eye on all ongoing operational activities in each department, and any necessary and prompt action should be made to address any deviations before they become an annoyance. With the help of a group of professionals, the department as a whole must simultaneously make the necessary improvements in each of its current functions in order to achieve the goal more efficiently and at a lower cost.

Based on the principle that prevention is preferable to treatment, a distinct team in each sector should closely monitor, analyse, predict, and resolve future public issues in order since the accumulation of small issues will make a bottleneck at the initial and complete block in performance at last.

Any useful project that will gain public support and help raise the image of the party should be implemented and completed within the party’s term of office. Therefore, the ruling party should implement and complete those projects based on the estimated time required to complete the project.

Last but not least, in order for everything to be successful, we must determine and put into action the essential steps to raise money without having any negative effects on the general population while also making sure that those steps offer them some minor benefit.

SUMMARY
There are several strategies to improve the overall efficiency of the current operational system. The ruling party can feasibly provide complete protection to the public by gradually reducing the rate of various crimes through improved strategies. The ruling party can generate a substantial quantity of revenue (incomparable income) for the government in many ways without offending the public by giving them a share of the profits. With the current potential, there is a great deal of room to create a great deal of employment opportunity at all levels between the village and the city. It is entirely feasible to manage disasters effectively and reduce significant losses to lives and assets through improved strategies and technologies within a systematic framework. There are bright prospects that the ruling party can lift the entire region as a whole to a steep peak by making a firm choice to implement modern, creative strategies with the support of the right experts when they have considered.
