Dears Readers and Viewers,

It cannot be disputed that the expulsion of pollutions continuously, in many forms and in many ways, is the primary cause of global warming since humanity, based on increasing population, is implementing a wide range of industrialization and various forms of mechanization to meet their vast and diverse needs and comforts.

It’s a well-known fact that the effects of global warming and thermal expansion of seawater due to various reasons are the primary causes of the melting of icebergs in the north and south poles of the earth. Consequently, the rise in sea level is a crucial situation that could lead to the gradual sinking of coastal cities in the water.

Different infrastructures for various purposes are continuously constructing and installing in the sea, the inclusion of mechanical movements through different sea transports, and the dumping of different wastages, including industrial, domestic, and electronic wastages, comparably less in measures in the sea are also the other causes for sea level rises, which will result in the coastal cities going to sink.

The sea level rise due to global warming, either direct or indirect, leads to a number of adverse effects such as suddenly heavy rainfall, floods, waterlogging, erosion, contamination of water used for drinking and agriculture, social and zoological migration, damage to infrastructure like buildings, bridges, and ports, economic losses, etc., which will affect society in many ways.

The bitter truth is that these effects due to sea level rise caused by the reasons for global warming cannot be reduced or reversed or eliminated immediately but could be managed to some extent over periods through some preventive actions of framing straight global policies and the implementation of innovative technologies and procedures irrespective of the rate of level of rise.

Out of many effects due to sea level rise, waterlogging is one of the serious effects in and around the streets and roads of the coastal and other cities that were very much affected by the lifestyles of the entire inhabitants of the same localities in many ways, ultimately resulting in provoking the inhabitants to vacate the cities and migrate to the safest place with a great loss.

Under this circumstance, in order to postpone the situation of social migration to other places, based on the various studies since 1996 that I found, I developed the absolute solution and technology that successfully eliminates waterlogging caused by severe rains in urban   without any trace in a few hours, even in the event that sea levels rise by 50 cm from the current level during the next 20 years, especially along the coast.

This technology I developed is connected with the number of parts manufactured out of steel, alloys, engineering plastic, rubber, and other construction materials assembled together. This technology is cost effective, highly flexible and adoptable for any width of roads to any length that could withstand all climates. This technology is suitable for any landscape and the procedure of maintenance is simple to carry out and easy to replace when needs are raised.

SUMMARY:
Sea level rise cannot be reduced, reversed, or stopped until global warming and the thermal expansion of the seawater are completely stopped for at least 50 years. Sea level rise will affect the whole society living in the cities near and in the coastal area in many ways; they will have to lose everything they are now enjoying and will rush to migrate. But it is possible if everyone comes forward to achieve the goal with dedication and sacrifice. Implementing innovative technology followed by systematic procedures, we can manage waterlogging happening due to heavy and sudden rainfall and floods in streets and roads in all cities, including coastal areas, more efficiently for the next 20 years in the event that sea levels rise by 50 cm from the current level.
